When: Wednesday, January 15, 2020, 2:30pm – 8pm (No appointment needed!)
Who can get vaccinated: Open to all King County K-12 students, up to age 18 (Please note, we are unable to vaccinate anyone aged 19 or older.)
Cost: Free. There is absolutely no cost to participate in this clinic.
What to bring with you: Bring any immunization records you have on hand, including records from other states or countries.
- Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or bring a signed consent form. Download and complete a consent form.
