Farewell to Sara Maupin!

We wish a fond farewell to all staff leaving our system this year. We are a stronger system thanks to the incredible individuals that comprise it. For those moving on to new endeavors, we express our gratitude and send you our best wishes!

2000 was a big year. We entered a new millennium. Y2K fears fizzled. And Sara Maupin joined then-Group Health Cooperative’s school-based health team as the Mental Health Provider at Cleveland High School!

Now after 20 years, Sara bids adieu to the Cleveland community and enters retirement and all the adventures it will offer. Her professional legacy in the Cleveland and Kaiser communities is deep and long-lasting. Colleague Lisa McDonald shares:

“Sara exemplified humanity. Sara showed authentic compassion and understanding to her staff and students alike for 20 years. Sara’s kindness and laughter will be sorely missed.”

Looking at this post reminds me of my previous roommate!
He constantly kept preaching about this. I most certainly
will forward this article to him. Fairly certain he’ll
have a good read. I appreciate you for sharing!
