After over three years partnering with the School-Based Partnerships team at Public Health–Seattle & King County (PHSKC), the Youth Organizers of Mental Health Education (YOMHEs) will start a new chapter with Soar in September 2020. Soar is a community-based organization with deep expertise in engaging youth and families to enact change throughout King County. YOMHE will join the ranks of other key youth leadership programs hosted by Soar including:
PHSKC will continue to partner with Soar and other agencies committed to authentically and meaningfully engaging youth in improving health services in our region. We are excited and grateful to see this program enter into this new chapter with Soar and cannot wait to see the incredible achievements in YOMHE’s future.
