Resilience in School Environments (RISE)
Session description: SBHCs have an important and recognized role in supporting the health and well-being of individual school staff and students. Kaiser Permanente’s Resilience in School Environments (RISE) initiative provides a suite of easily accessible resources, at no cost, for school leadership, staff and the broader school community to address underlying factors and develop strategies and practices that foster positive school environments. SBHC staff can access these resources, including a comprehensive approach for staff well-being, for SBHC use and for sharing with school partners. The presenter will walk participants through these resources online and facilitate conversation on these topics.
