About this opportunity
Best Starts is seeking to partner with organizations grounded in community that will support youth and young adults, 16 – 24 years old, as they meet their education and employment goals. • Young adults who have interacted with one or more systems, including behavioral health, child welfare, public assistance, and the criminal legal system
• Young adults experiencing homelessness
• Young adults who are not working or not in school; and young adults belonging to one or more groups that experience historically low rates of graduating on time who are transitioning to post-secondary education (e.g., low-income youth, youth of color, youth with disabilities, and English Language Learners)
