In an effort to highlight new and creative ways school-based health staff are engaging youth in conversations around health and well-being, we are starting a series called It Starts with You(th).

The National School-Based Health Alliance Youth Advisory Council is conducting a survey on self-efficacy as a part of their youth participatory action research for the 2021-2022 year.

They are asking young people under the age of 24 to share their experiences with them. While they will not share any personal information, the content of this survey will be used to shape a presentation at this year’s ‘Be the Change’ Youth Training Program.
Please share the following survey with youth you serve!
