SBHC Mini-Grant Opportunity

Crossposted from the Washington School-Based Health Alliance

With dollars provided by the Washington State Department of Health, the Washington School-Based Health Alliance (WA SBHA) will be offering small project funding opportunities to school-based health centers (SBHCs) through a mini-grant program in the 2022-2023 school year.

WA SBHA will fund 4 mini-grants at $11,000 each (a total of $44,000). The mini-grant program will fund small projects that promote youth and family engagement, SBHC utilization, health education and awareness, and/or student-centered SBHC care. As part of DOH’s and WA SBHA’s commitment to health equity and educational justice, we will prioritize projects that advance access to health education and services for historically underserved students.

For more information, read the SBHC Mini-Grant Program Overview. To apply, please complete the Mini-Grant Application Form and Mini-Grant Budget Template and send to Michelle Mitchell at mmitchell@wasbha.org, with “SBHC Mini-Grant Application” in the Subject line. Applications are due by Monday, October 3, 2022.
